Four things an agency needs to know about its people
Who is on what, who is over, who is free, and how each project is doing. PepperPlanner is built around those four questions. Everything below runs on one plan: hours per person per project per day, nothing else to maintain. We run Peppernode, a 20-person software agency, on it.
- 01
Resource scheduling for agencies
Plan who works on what, by the hour, on one timeline. Drag-and-drop allocations, split days, vacations that reduce capacity, by person or by project.

Capacity planning dashboard with overbooking alerts
Team utilization, available hours and who is overbooked, this week or next. Double-booking and over-allocation show up while you plan, not in the retro.

Utilization reports for agencies
Utilization per person and position, planned hours and cost per project, allocation conflicts, bench and time off. Built on the plan, exportable to Excel.

Weekly project status reports and daily team digest
One status per project per week: health, what moved, what is next, what is blocked. Plus a morning digest in team chat with who is absent, overbooked or free.

What it is not
There is no time tracking, no tasks and no tickets. PepperPlanner plans people; Jira, Linear or Asana can keep planning the work. The reports are built on planned hours, and they say so. If you need timesheets and budget burn from actuals, this is the wrong tool, and we would rather tell you here than after you have imported your team.
Free for 5 people and 3 projects, no card. €3 per user per month after that.
